Voluntary Participation
By registering for or participating in this event, I acknowledge that participation in the Mural Scavenger Hunt is voluntary. The event involves traveling throughout the city to locate murals and complete scavenger hunt challenges.

Nature of the Activity
I understand that this is a self-guided activity and that participants may walk, drive, or use other forms of transportation between locations. Participants choose their own routes and methods of travel and are responsible for their own decisions while participating.

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to walking in public spaces, vehicle traffic, parking areas, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and interactions with members of the public. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.

Transportation and Driving
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation. If I choose to operate a motor vehicle during the event, I confirm that I am properly licensed and insured as required by law and will follow all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Participants may use phones or other devices to view clues or submit photos; however, devices may not be used while operating a motor vehicle. If using a device, participants must pull over safely or have a passenger operate the device.

Self-Guided Activity
I understand that the event organizers do not supervise participants during the activity. Participants travel independently and are responsible for their own safety and conduct throughout the event.

Compliance with Laws and Property Rules
Participants agree to obey all local laws, traffic regulations, and property rules. Participants must respect private property and public spaces while participating.

Release of Liability
In consideration of being permitted to participate in this event, I release and hold harmless Smitten LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, sponsors, venues, and affiliated organizations from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the event.

Third-Party Locations
Participants may visit or pass through locations owned or operated by third parties. These locations are not responsible for organizing, supervising, or ensuring the safety of the event.

Team Participation
If registering as part of a team, the person completing registration confirms that they are registering on behalf of all participants on their team and that each participant agrees to the terms of this waiver. Each participant remains responsible for their own conduct and safety.

Media Release
Participants grant permission for photographs or video taken during the event to be used by the organizers for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation.

Agreement
By registering for or participating in this event, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms of this waiver.
